Do you have a Challenge or a Problem? Does it all sound the same? you may say it is semantics, however, if we dig a layer deeper we start to look at the beliefs that support each of them. So if I have a challenge I might be believing “this is good for me I am going to extend myself and grow a little more, learn something new from this, this is exciting!” If I have a problem I might be believing “this is really bad for me there is no way out, I really need to solve this or I will be unhappy.” The difference then becomes apparent, with one we embrace the situation and create hopefulness and can then get creative. With the other we close down any option of any possibilities and become very narrow minded. Two similar words, two totally different sets of behaviours, emotions and therefore outcomes!
