More about what you will learn: The workshop will teach you about the Stimulus, Belief, Response (SBR) model, how to identify your own beliefs, you will give you tools to help you change them if you wish. This model releases you from the cycle of uncontrolled response, giving you the tools you need to Stress less and live more.
The day is preceded by a discovery session with me on the phone or by Skype. The experience day will run from 9.30am- 4pm every element will be tailored to help you with your individual issue(s). We can do this in person or at a venue of your choice.*
