Why does being confident feel like such an effort?
We have many other techniques that we have employed and practiced well, we often believe they easy/comfortable and we don’t realise we can feel differently. Often times we think we don’t know how to be confident? When working with many clients for the first time they say things like “I have always behaved this way, felt like this, I don’t know how else to behave”.

The day is preceded by a discovery session with me on the phone or by Skype. The experience day will be one to one and run from 9.30am- 4pm, every element of the day will be tailored to help you with your individual issue(s). We can do this in person or at a venue of your choice.*
*cost of the day is based on you attending the day in person at my facility or on skype. If you would like to carry this out at another venue the cost of alternative venue, my travel time and travel costs will be additional.
